"New Blue Day", the newest CD from award-winning singer-songwriter JORY NASH has been selected as the Penguin Eggs Magazine 2009 Critic's Poll Album of the Year. Previous honourees include Fred Eaglesmith, Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, Bob Dylan, Lynn Miles, David Francey & Harry Manx. The Annual Critic's Poll is a survey of approx. 50 members of the Canadian folk media, folk club and folk artistic directors, specialty record store staff and various individuals with an acute knowledge of folk, world and roots music in Canada.
