Released 2002

Jory's 3rd CD, Lo-Fi Northern Blues was recorded at Toronto's Reaction Studio in the winter of 2001-2002. It was released in March of 2002. It features 12 original compositions, 1 traditional blues tune and 1 interpretation of a Nina Simone composition. The album features some fine Canadian musicians, including David Woodhead on bass, lap steel guitar and mandolin, Jason Fowler on various lead guitars and dobro, Ari Posner on piano and keyboards, Maury Lafoy on upright bass, Tory Cassis on trumpet and harmony vocals, Elliott Sairan on acoustic guitar, Evan Ritchie on percussion, Marty Stelnick on harmonica and Lori Cullen & Jenny Whiteley on harmony vocals. Jory Nash plays acoustic guitar, banjo and sings lead and harmony vocals. The album was produced by Jory Nash. The CD was recorded and mixed by Chris Stringer and mastered by Jeff Elliott.
